Day 1:
Work with Spine – Hips & Knees
A progressive sequence that works your outer hips into deeper openings. It requires movement and stability to penetrate right hips and groins. These asanas develop strength in your knees and brings greater ease and mobility to your spine asanas include standing variations, forward bends, twists and inversions.

Day 2:
Fearless Heart Activation
Deepen into opening and elongating your spine. This backbend sequence will energize your heart – boost your nervous system and improve circulation. Awaken your thoracic region with the support of props to make an imprint on your spineAsanas include backbend and inversions.

About Zarina Mubaraki :
Dr. Zarina Mubaraki has been a direct student of Late Sri BKS Iyengar (world’s foremost Yoga master) and his daughter Dr. Geeta Iyengar, for over years. Zarina is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher teaches different levels of intensity practice. She was part of the copyrighting team for the international best seller “Yoga: The Path to Holistic Health” – BKS Iyengar (DK Publishers). Zarina’s teaching is clear and precise. She knows how to modify poses for people with different needs – age and health related. Her classes are fun and dynamic – at the same time her classes teaches one to deeply and profoundly relax and tone the sympathetic nervous system and replenish energy after a demanding day or week. Zarina conducts workshops in various Indian cities and participates in workshops lead by senior Iyengar Yoga teachers.
