Doctor had recommended me yoga, I started from Mar 2017. My health has improved so much w.r.t stamina, muscle strength and flexibility. Breathing practice has helped me to cure my wheezing problem. Thanks to 1000 yoga teachers for the support. Thanks to all our yoga trainers for this.
I started yoga when since the launch but it has been on and off. The main reason was to get some good time for self. Which was badly felt to be missing post delivery. Also to become flexible since I had lots to lose. Weighing scale wise doesn't see much changes. But certainly, I have become very flexible. Yoga is like an addiction when I don't come to class makes me feel void. Since the practice is done at home as well, my 3 yr old girl knows the name of every asana and she repeats with us with the same zeal as us. Thanks to all my guru(s) and Alstom for conducting a wonderful session which is most beneficial.

I am attending classes from past one & half year yoga helped me a lot in maintaining my physical fitness one thing noticed as long as I attend the classes I feel little bit active if I fail to attend classes for one week my body tends to laziness again it takes one more week to maintain the same phase.

20 years back I did yoga for 3 months then later I stopped completely. A year back I went to bed as usual and next day morning my both legs were disabled completely and then realized that I got a VIRAL (or ZERO) ARTHRITIS (Joint pain in the entire body) and my health went really very bad. I consulted Rheumatologist and they suggested to start yoga and walking. Since 6 months I am doing yoga and I can see the drastic change in my health. Initially, it was very difficult to do any kind of asanas due to joint pain. Coz of yoga, my joint pain slowly started reducing. Now I am feeling fit, energetic, active, healthy after taking the medicines and doing yoga. My teachers helped me a lot to reduce my joint pain. A special thanks to both of them.
