Yoga Teacher

Aarti’s first Yoga class happened by accident when back in 2005 her Husband called a Yoga teacher home but he couldn’t make it for class and so she opted to continue and has been hooked since then. She was never a sporty person, just the occasional visit to the gym. She is a graduate in Psychology and worked as a Counsellor for a few years. Her first Yoga teacher felt that she would be good at teaching Yoga and constantly encouraged her to do so. Read More

    Chaya strongly believes in the quote “Take care of your body, it is the only place you have to live”. Her thirst for exploring different ways to stay fit has taken her on a roller coaster ride of weight training, Pilates, Zumba, Aerobics, swimming, dancing, Martial arts, Basketball and trekking. She is also armed with a degree in Mechanical engineering and worked in the field of telecom, technical marketing, and has some experience in management. She is an avid gardener, and gardening helps her connect with Mother Nature on a deeper level. Read More

      Debby’s journey into yoga started 5 years back, when she took her first class and had no clue what she was in for. Her first experience was actually scary, as she realised how rigid her body was, and was surprised that she hadn’t paid any attention to her body, despite the fact that she was fairly active in sports as a child, primarily in Badminton and Volleyball. Later, she worked in various fields including, content writing, customer services and as an executive assistant. Read More


        Yoga Teacher

        Paritosh’s introduction to Yoga began in the foothills of the Himalayas in 1989, under the guidance of Brahmachari Sri Rudra Gowda of Rishikesh, at the Yoga Study Centre. Soon, he was under the tutelage of Swami Rama in 1993 and was initiated into the Himalayan tradition by Swami Veda Bharati. Until 2003, Yoga was not at the forefront of Paritosh’s life, as he was working in the garment/apparel industry till 2003. “I always found myself deeply attracted to Yoga and spirituality.           Being physically active is synonymous with breathing for Yashwanth. He has played cricket at state level, Kabbadi at district level and a yellow belt in Okinawan Karate. Diametrically opposite to his passions, he has a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering with a professional training from HAL. He is unaware of how Yoga came and took over his life. “I don’t know! It just happened.” He specializes in Hata Yoga, but is interested in Iyengar Yoga. His class philosophy is rooted in the Chakras, and he works from the Mooladhara Chakra to the Sahasrara chakra.
