Pranayama

Overview

Pranayama course for your Practice/Sadhana.Learn to explore your bigger dimension.Pranayama is a practice in which a person utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana in the nadis (energy channels). The techniques of pranayama provide the method whereby the life force can be activated and regulated to go beyond one’s normal boundaries or limitations and attain a higher state of vibratory energy and awareness.

Lifestyle has a profound impact on our pranas. Irregularities in lifestyle, dietary indiscretions and stress deplete the pranic flow and results in energy drain which can also lead to disease or metabolic malfunction. The techniques of pranayama reverse this process, energizing and balancing the different pranas. Pranayama practice should be performed after asanas in an integrated yoga program.
