Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa – 3 week intensive course

Ashtanga Yoga is named after the eight limbs of yoga mentioned in the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali
The term vinyāsa refers to the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static asanas into a dynamic flow.

Date: April 20- May 8 (Mon – Fri)
Time: 10:00am to 12:00pm
Venue: a1000yoga, Koramangala studio,#11, First Floor, 1st Cross,5 – A Block, Koramangala,                         Opposite Mainland China

Eligibility :
Practitioners with one year of hats yoga practice and with no current injuries.

What will the course help :
-Deepen asana practice of Primary Series
-Understand key principles : ujjayi, vinyasa, bandha, dhrishti
-Understand history and philosophy behind the practice

This course is a combination of Practice + theory
