WHAT IS YOGA LIFESTYLE AND NUTRITION COURSE ?
A residential programme over a weekend of immersion into Yogic lifestyle, with complimenting food prepared for individual body types in accordance with Ayurveda with inputs from western diet and nutrition science.

WHY DO THIS COURSE ?
Food and lifestyle are a vital part of a Yogi’s life and the impact these have on personal practice and progression can be substantial. During this course you will learn the various body types according to Ayurveda, how to customise food and lifestyle based on body types and also in accordance to the season of the year. Ayurvedic detox and cleansing practices. In addition, you will learn counselling skills, how to counsel on Food and Lifestyle for your students and family.

The course will be conducted by Pradeep, Rincy – a trained dietician and Krishna – a professional chef.
