Yin & Yang Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Yin & Yang yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Improves organ health, immunity, flexibility, blood circulation in the joints and emotional well-being. Aims at cultivating awareness of one’s inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
Who should and should not attend:
Very beneficial for Athletes, Dancers, serious Yoga & Meditation practitioners. Anyone can attend; apart from practitioners with Arthritis, Ligament issues or joint conditions.
