Vrinda’s yoga journey started when a friend suggested Iyengar Yoga to her back in 2011. Although she used to be fit jogging and doing aerobics, she initially had no knowledge of yoga. “Yoga classes would help me to relax and de-stress after jogging and aerobics”. Her passion for fitness propelled her to become a yoga teacher. Although, initially she was deeply immersed into the Iyengar style of yoga, She soon discovered that yoga is much more than the Iyengar tradition. She found a keen liking to Hata yoga and teaches Hata yoga as well. “It has helped me overcome my weaknesses and gave me confidence and strength physically ,spiritually and emotionally”.
“Yoga is everything for me .My journey has only begun. The only way out is in.”
