Content for the workshop:

Discover how to “Breathe Qi (Chi)… reconnect to life” with 7 Qigong Sessions at a1000yoga, Whitefield on Saturdays & Sundays starting from 30 November to 20 December 10.30 am to 11.30 am.

You will be taught standing (Wu Chi) meditations and gentle movement forms that help to release blockages in the body, balance the energy of the spine and the internal organs.*

Anyone, regardless of ability, age, belief system or life circumstances can enrich their lives by participating in these sessions.
