Shraddha has been a teacher for a long time, albeit for Junior school. She is a science graduate with a B.Ed and first started learning Yoga in 2009. She is trained in the Satyananda tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga, and has been teaching Yoga since 2004. She was inspired by one of her teachers who convinced her to teach Yoga full time and she has not looked back since. Till 2004, Yoga was only an alternative career option for her, but now, it has become her primary profession. She was extremely nervous when she conducted her first Yoga class at the Satyananda Yoga Centre, Pune, but slowly became more confident in teaching Yoga. She designs the classes based on the students and their requirements. Her main focus is on the flow of the Asanas. She loves meeting new people and travelling.
“Yoga gives me happiness and the fact that I can help people through Yoga gives me the fulfillment.”
