  • Advanced Relaxation Techniques: For yoga teachers: Practice & learn about Yoga Nidra, a powerful technique to relax & to transcend from the conscious to the subconscious. Learn principles & practices behind other, equally effective, relaxation techniques. A great way to complement your asana & pranayama sessions.
