RYT 300 – Modular

Built around Abhyasa (practice), Adhyayana (research) and Sadhana (mastery), the RYT 300 program at a1000yoga, is a unique curriculum structured for the advanced yogi who is also discerning in the variability, depth and breadth of the course offering. Structured around the needs of a serious yoga teacher, our program is developed to enhance steady growth and development beyond the foundational levels of RYT200.

Bearing in mind the needs of the advanced teacher who is keen to deepen their personal practice and teaching as well as managing the limitations of multiple responsibilities and teaching schedules, the RYT300 format at a1000yoga encompasses the need for advanced tools and education, by providing a choice of learning topics that would ideally be relevant to the needs of the learner as opposed to a regimented curriculum. Program delivery is further enabled by offering the program to be completed through a more flexible approach keeping in mind the existing scheduling constraints of an active teacher and satisfy the core requirement at their convenience and flexibility*. Students also will be provided with ample opportunities to assimilate their progress with asana or theory.

Students have up to 9 months to complete all the core component modules (accruing to over 300 credit hours) at their convenient schedule – course options being available at various times throughout the year. Upon satisfactory completion of all module elements in the RYT300 curriculum, students will receive their certificates, which are eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance as an RYT300 or RYT500.
