A born-and-raised Central Texan and trained in the Red Rock High Desert of the American Southwest, Merry is a 500-hour certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Therapist. Eight years of practice in, her path took flight to India and beyond in 2011, after studying yoga under the guidance of many profound teachers at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in the Satyananda Saraswati lineage of Bihar University and influenced by Rama Jyoti Vernon. Focused on the therapeutic uses of the eight branches of yoga, Merry’s sadhana empowers as well as rejuvenates.
