    Adventure is Lalitha’s second name. She has a passion for running marathons and wants to explore all the adventure sports out there. She has gone skydiving, but bungee jumping is still on her bucket list! Since her childhood, Lalitha has been learning Bharatanatyam. Although she used to be fit jogging and doing aerobics, she initially had no knowledge of yoga. “Yoga classes would help me to relax and de-stress after jogging and aerobics”.         Mirra had watched her father practice Yoga and Meditation as she was growing up. She always tried to emulate her father, and hence the love for Yoga also began from there. It was further rejuvenated when she took a class at Sadhana Sangama, in old Bangalore, when she was 12. After Sadhana Sangama, her love for yoga was enhanced and it became a part of her.
