CharanTrained at Ninasam Theatre Institute, Sagara and Attakalari centre for Movement Arts, Charan is a dancer extraordinaire. A Theatre artist and Contemporary Dancer, under Dream Company and Adeema (Kolara) Theatre productions, he has performed in South America, North America and Canada. He travelled to Germany under Nrityarutya Dance productions for the “Make in India” project. He has also represented India in the “Dance Umbrella Gest” held in London from the NH7 Contemporary Dance trio. For the past 5 years he has been teaching Yoga. He has participated in State, National and International level Yoga competitions and won many prizes. Recently in 2016, Charan won the first prize in the 13th International Yoga competition in Mysore. Currently, he is pursuing an M.Sc in Yogic sciences at Bangalore University. Choreography, Folk dance, Kalari and Martial arts are his passions, apart from deepening his knowledge and practice of Yoga. He loves to be a facilitator and inspire others.

Make Yoga part of Life

The principles laid out in Patanjali’s yoga sutras dating back to 500 B.C. are still very relevant today, even in our modern information world. Yoga has evolved a lot from the days of Patanjali; it has taken different forms to meet the varying needs of practitioners all along its journey.
