Sonia

Yoga Teacher


The charming Sonia’s first experience with Yoga was due to pressure from her mother. But today, she is grateful to her mother for doing that. She was immediately hooked onto Yoga and the way that it challenged her. In school, Sonia was in the thick of the sporting action, swimming and playing basketball. After completing a commerce degree from Mount Carmel College, Sonia landed up in Goldman Sachs doing various roles and worked there for 7 years. Read More


    Albin

    Yoga Teacher


    Albin is a graphic designer specialized in 2-d VFX graphics. While working in Dubai, long hours in front of a screen took its toll, and Albin turned to Yoga for recovery. The practice enabled him to find the calmness, composure and peace of mind required to tap into his creativity as a graphic designer. Although his passion in the visual field was immense, his passion for Yoga overtook his passion for Computer graphics. Read More


      Shraddh

      Yoga Teacher


      Shraddha has been a teacher for a long time, albeit for Junior school. She is a science graduate with a B.Ed and first started learning Yoga in 2009. She is trained in the Satyananda tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga, and has been teaching Yoga since 2004. She was inspired by one of her teachers who convinced her to teach Yoga full time and she has not looked back since. Till 2004, Yoga was only an alternative career option for her, but now, it has become her primary profession. Read More


        Kala

        Yoga Teacher


        Kala specializes in the Krishnamacharya tradition, especially Therapeutic Yoga. Even when she designs her classes, she sets a focus for the class (Core/ upper back/ lower back), but the flow of the class follows the Krishnamachaya tradition. Kala started her Yoga journey in 2005 at the Bihar School of Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Before Kala started teaching Yoga, she lived the corporate life and worked for Citibank, SAP labs and McKinsey with a total of 15 years of experience. Read More
