2 Week Beginner program at Indiranagar Studio
The Program focuses on building a good foundation to start your yoga practice with ease and confidence .It will enable one to have comfortable transition into deeper practice.
The course will take you through the practice and philosophy of yoga. Importance will be given to the rooting foundation – Asanas, Pranayama and Relaxation practices. Guidance on lifestyle (diet, sleep cycle, daily habits) of a yogi will be integrated to give the practitioner a complete understanding of the practice and its effects.
This program will help you nurture your dedication to the yoga practice and instill discipline in your life.
Duration: 2 week
A new beginner’s batch will start every two weeks.
Fees: Rs.1500/-(inclusive of all charges)
Instructions to the practitioners:
1. Please come in comfortable clothing
2. Bring your own Yoga mat
3. Hand towel and water bottle if required
4. Please inform the teacher at the start of the course about any health condition.
